Earth's got problems and instead of dealing with them they're just letting everything get all screwed up. On the gas giant Jupiter the disappointment and loss of hope emanating from Earth has caused a hexagonal storm which has not stopped raging for thousands of years. An avatar of the Garden Of Homies is on his way to attempt to resolve the situation, by teaching the Jovans how to vibe, and the Earthlings how to channel their fury.
